Bob joined Advantus in 2003 as Vice President of Corporate Bond Research. As a senior credit analyst in the public corporate bond group, Bob’s responsibilities include fundamental industry and company analysis, along with specific trade recommendations. He covers the consumer products, basic industries, lodging and gaming, food and beverage, supermarkets and tobacco sectors. Bob also leads the overall coverage of insurance and brokers. He has been active in the investment industry since 1995.

Bob is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota. He is also a member of the North Dakota Society of CPAs.
