Bob joined Advantus in 2003 as Vice President of Corporate Bond Research. As a senior credit analyst in the public corporate bond group, Bob's responsibilities include fundamental industry and company analysis, along with specific trade recommendations. He covers the consumer cyclical, consumer non-cyclical and basic industry sectors. Bob also leads the overall coverage of insurance and brokers. He has been active in the investment industry since 1995.

Bob is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota. He is also a member of the North Dakota Society of CPAs.
