Allen L. Stoltman, CFA Investment Officer, Private Placement

Allen makes private placement loan recommendations for Advantus client portfolios and manages the investment bid process. He also monitors a portfolio of private placement loans for quality and other covenant issues, and performs public bond analysis for selected issuances. 

Prior to pursuing a career in finance, Allen served in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 to 1995.
