John R. Leiviska, CFA Vice President & Portfolio Manager, Corporate Bonds

As Portfolio Manager, Corporate Bonds, John is responsible for all private and public corporate bond holdings, including high yield. He previously served as a backup for the Minnesota Life General Account portfolio manager and led teams responsible for providing all corporate research and security recommendations for the General Account. John is also part of the asset management team that presents to the rating agencies. He has been in the investment industry since 1985, when he joined Advantus.

John is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota.
