Tom manages the Advantus Money Market portfolios and is a co-manager of the Total Return Fixed Income portfolios at Advantus. Tom has been responsible for all aspects of fixed income investments, from analysis to trade desk management. He has been active in the investment industry since 1993.

Tom is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota.
