Dean M. DiBias Vice President and Portfolio Manager – High Yield Mortgage

As High Yield Mortgage-Backed Portfolio Manager, Dean is responsible for the high yield mortgage investment strategy and investment product. Prior to joining Advantus, Dean was Managing Director of Credit Portfolio Management at GMAC-ResCap. In that capacity, he was responsible for pricing and acquisition strategies of credit-sensitive assets for the portfolio.

Dean has a wealth of experience in the mortgage securities market, having extensive involvement in the issuance of credit-sensitive assets, including home equity lines of credit, closed end seconds, 125 percent combined loan-to-value, ARM securities and expanded criteria products.
