Mike is responsible for executing Advantus structured finance trades for all portfolios. He is also the point person with Wall Street sales professionals and traders for the Structured Finance Research group. Mike stays informed of new issues and existing inventories in the mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities markets and provides market-relevant information to Advantus portfolio managers and analysts.

Mike is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota.
